About Us

Located in Griffith NSW 2680, we are a small yet innovative service offering individualised support core focused on wellbeing, empowerment, mentorship, advocacy, social skills and community connections for youth and adults.

Who are we?

We are local. A dynamic team with strong ties anchored in the community through sports and community associations. We bring together local career experience in local healthcare, wellbeing, pastoral care, community services, community engagement and business. An experienced team backed by combined qualifications in healthcare, paramedical science, community engagement, business and community services (underway).

Our Approach

The Sup Spot offers an out-side-the-box creative, innovative, specialised person-centered service. Not a one-size-fits-all approach but catered to each unique individual and their needs. Our approach is shaped by lived personal experiences within our local community specific to youth and adults.

To consistently be evolving in a space of innovation, forward-thinking and adjusting to suit the needs of youth and adults to improve wellbeing through mentorships, positive leadership, advocacy, building of social skills, capabilities, confidence and connecting to the community while overcoming barriers.
